I’m a single mom who has become an expert in change and making it into what you want to be. My life has been one big whirlwind of change (the most recent one being moving back to the States after 15 years of living in Italy!!!).

Do you ever wonder how some people just don’t let change ruffle their feathers? It doesn’t bother them? Wish you could do that? Well, I’ve got news for you–everyone is afraid of change. The difference between those that shove it off, and those that do everything they can to prevent it (unsuccessfully, by the way, because there is only so much you can control in your life), is that the successful change-adapters actually take change on.

I’m one of those people. Bring it on. Fine, I can’t do anything to stop change. Then I will change the way I want to change, not the way some twist of fate, or bad luck, or whatever you want to call it has dictated to me.

You can not avoid change. It will happen.

But the good news is that you can make it happen the way you want it to if you believe in yourself and get the help you need from those who genuinely want to help you.

This blog is meant to share  information, knowledge, insights, and many of the strategies I have learned that have begun to change my life in the positive way that I set out to do.

Spend some time looking through the articles – I plan to add many videos soon as well and still have some adjusting to do after making the move over here to Wordpress.
