The main problem is that almost all compensation plans in the mlm industry are not geared towards the average person. Unless your a super recruiter you won't make a dime. If statistics show that the average person in any mlm company recruits between 2 and 3 people in any given company why are comp plans not geared towards that? Here's an idea! Develope a comp plan that is geared towards the average joe...a comp plan that will let the average guy earn an above average income! Amazing idea...and one company has finally stepped up and did it! If you're an average joe but still have a dream you're in luck!
